Our training includes various basketball specific training with the use of cutting edge equipment to improve dribbling, shooting, passing, rebounding, strength & conditioning. We also put attention to improve the technical skills needed to motivate and drive athletes to improve and make an impact at their next level of play.
The core mission of Atlas Elite Performance Training is to mentally and physically challenge, and educate young athletes on how to perform a variety of movements with proper technique and improve their understanding of the basic fundamentals of the game to reach their full potential.
